The 2022 Bike Shed London Show
So happy to be able to head over to the Bike Shed London show at Tobacco Dock when I was in London. I always enjoy heading over to Wapping in East London as well. Only had a couple of hours to spare this time round though as I had to head out to Maidenhead later. Arrived quite early and it was already packed! I came to the last show in 2019, COVID stopped the 2020 and 2021 show’s. Loads more bike’s this time round.
The 2020 Bike Shed London Show CANCELLED
Sad to hear that the 2020 Bike Shed London Show has been cancelled due to the Corona Virus outbreak. You can read the details via the release on the Bike Shed Show website here. Such a shame as this is a great motorcycle event and the team behind it go all out to make it very special. I’m sad for them but I know this is the right thing to do and they will be back even stronger in 2021. I will be there as well!
Honda Collection Hall Motegi Japan
As Automotive museums and collections go The Honda Collection Hall and Museum near Motegi race track in Japan is no-expense-spared-top-shelf-shit. We were lucky enough to pay the place a visit last month while we were in Japan for the Japanese MotoGP race at Motegi circuit. Just approaching the main building from the outside it’s clear that Honda mean business.
The 2019 Bike Shed London Show
Last month while back in the UK I had the pleasure to spend a wonderful English spring/summer weekend at the 10th edition of the amazing Bike Shed London Show 2019. The show was held at the glorious Tobacco Dock in East London. If you are not up on things, and have not heard of The Bike Shed check it out here. The show is a wonderful extension of the Bike Shed spirit. A spirit that embraces the passion, and sheer joy of motorcycle culture.
Ducati Factory and Museum
If you are into your Ducati’s, or any motorcycles for that matter, then you must visit the Ducati Factory and Museum. The factory is located in Bologna (in Italy!). I was lucky enough to make a stop there last month. It’s a stunning space and you can see lots of care and passion has gone into setting it up. Nice!
